Our prime downtown location is easy to get to and has unforgettable views of the Corpus Christi Bay. We are within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, bars, entertainment and more. You can create your dream event in any of our spaces; the romantic Courtyard with it’s sweeping staircase & upstairs veranda, the Meadows Gallery with its dramatic ceilings and local art, or the Bay View Room with expansive views of the bay and marina.​

Devary's Courtyard
Outdoor classical Mediterranean style with a grand staircase that leads to a second story veranda offering magnificent views of the bay and marina. The elegant stairway is the focus of many ceremonies, photo shoots, and dramatic entrances. String lights across the Courtyard offer a soft glow for dining and dancing under the stars!
Capacity: 6,000 square feet can accommodate 300 seated guests.
Meadows Gallery
Spacious art gallery with soaring open ceiling that opens out to Devary’s Courtyard and includes the Kucera gallery. The Meadows Gallery and Devary’s Courtyard combined creates a uniquely customizable space with indoor/outdoor settings when rented together. Have dinner inside and the party outside!
Capacity: 5,000 total square feet can accommodate 200 seated guests.
Bay View Room
With its dramatic open ceiling and grand views of the bay and downtown Corpus Christi, it is truly an event space to remember. it is a wonderful location for mini weddings, showers, business meetings, luncheons, or any other special event!
